Submission Guidelines
Preferred formats: DOC or PDF (security settings must be removed).
Other accepted formats: TXT, RTF, HTML.
Images (including covers) must be submitted as JPG, GIF, or PNG.
Manuscripts must be fully proofed for spelling and grammar before submission. (Editing is available at $1.50 per page if needed.)
Conversion Output
Standard delivery format: EPUB (compatible with most devices).
For web-only projects: PDF copy for your records.

Changes after delivery – $25.00 minimum fee per revision

Not exactly. eBooks reflow text to fit each device, so page numbers, headers, and footers aren’t included. Website-only eBooks can be formatted closer to the print layout.
You do. Griot Publishing does not retain rights to your work. You keep full control and 100% of your sales revenue.
Most eBooks sell between $5–$15, typically priced at 50–75% of the print edition.
We can include DRM protection, but many authors choose not to because it limits reader access. Most distributors report higher sales when DRM is removed.
You can distribute your eBook on major platforms (Amazon Kindle, Apple Books, etc.), through your own website, or even add it as a bonus in your marketing strategy. If your website is hosted with us, we can add a shopping cart system for direct sales.
