Please note that any Publication of a book does not guarantee sales. We offer services to assist you in marketing and book distribution.

The "Customize My Way" Book Publish Package contains the amount of pages that are being requested in the quote. Please note that if the included page count changes after formatting and printer preparation stages are complete, a new quote will be issued to you regarding the additional pages being requested.

Wait! Important Information You Should Know!

  • Griot Publishing House requires a minimum of 35 pages to print for both paperback and hardcover editions.
  • For paperback book publishing, we highly suggest at least 50 pages to have spine text (title, author, etc.). Any page count under that may not be allowed to have spine text. Without the spine, the book will be considered more like a pamphlet. 
  • Griot Publishing House requires that all books have a page count divisible by 2. Pages will automatically be added to achieve the goal of divisible pages by 2. If additional pages are added, please note that these new pages will be priced in a quote and invoiced to you. The last page will always be blank for the  insertion of Griot Publishing House manufacturing information.
  • For best printing quality, we recommend that all images be 300 ppi (pixels per inch). We do not automatically adjust or edit images unless specifically requested as an addon service.
  • This package does not included color printing. Colored Images or Illustrations is an additional fee per page.

Additional Rounds of Revisions – During Production $45

  •  If you wish to make additional changes/edits/modifications after the allotted 2 rounds included in the "Get Me Started" Book Publish Package, there is an additional cost to make corrections in either the Interior Creation stage or Cover Design stage.

Additional Rounds of Revisions – Post Proof Production $65

  • If corrections or revisions are requested after the Printed Proof Copy is received, an additional cost will be added because we have to make the corrections, reformat, and send  the modified files or pages to our printers. Keep in mind that the fee covers the correction of a single file or page

Author's Printed Proof – Post Book Publication $45

  • Your Assistant Publisher or AP will send you a PDF proof of your inside pages and cover for you to approve before your books go to print. If you would like to see a physical copy of your book before final approval and printing, we can overnight ship a single book directly to you to view and approve before all 10 books are printed/published and shipped to you. You will be required to approve your PDF proof before your Author's Printed Proof copy is printed and shipped. This price is for a softcover or paperback book. The fee is $55 for a Hardcover Proof Copy.
